Rolling Meeting Booth Workstations with Privacy Wall Panels

November 4, 2014
The SwiftSpace rolling meeting booth workstation is simple to set up. To show you exactly how easy the rolling workstations are to set up we’ve brought in two of our experienced installers Michael and Megan to demonstrate. The first Step is to roll the workstation wall panels into their approximate position. The rolling booth moves easily using durable non-marking casters. Step 2: release the hooks on each end of the bench seats letting the seat bench down into position. To ensure proper positioning, place the locating pins on the bottom of the seat into the holes on the support beam. The seat and back are constructed with lots of padding to allow for many hours of comfortable sitting. Step 3: fasten the rubber latches that join the two seat wings to the main seat at either end. Step 4: reach up under the middle of the bench seat and pull down the support rail. Snap the rail into place by inserting the spring clip into the hole. Step 5: push both wall panels together so that the back wall panels are touching. Then fasten the 2 rubber latches on the outside of the back wall panel. Step 6: lock each of the casters in position. Step 7: roll in your flip-up table into the center of the meeting booth workstation and presto! You have a complete working meeting booth workstation in under 2 minutes.
